Returns

Return Policy:

We stand behind our products with a 100% money back guarantee! If you are unhappy with any Modern Element Labs product for any reason, it can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

If more than one of the same product was purchased and then returned for a refund, a refund will only be issued for up to ONE opened product. The remaining same products must be unopened to receive a full refund. 

If a refund is issued for a returned purchase, it will be credited to the account originally charged, no later than 7 business days after the product is received by Modern Element Labs. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs, and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive a refund. If a return label is requested or provided and you choose to use it, a $8.00 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.  

Order Cancellations:

You are more than welcome to cancel your order for any reason. However, requests for cancellation must be made BEFORE the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can not be canceled. The order must be returned and processed as a refund.
