Return Policy:

We stand behind our products with a 100% money back guarantee! If you are unhappy with any Modern Element Labs product for any reason, it can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

If more than one of the same product was purchased and then returned for a refund, a refund will only be issued for up to ONE opened product. The remaining same products must be unopened to recieve a full refund. 

If you request a refund for the returned product, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Modern Element Labs. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive a refund.
